Gina began her practice of yoga because of the physical benefits it offered. After ending a romantic relationship, she discovered that it helped mend her broken heart and rebuild her self-esteem. Curiosity about the other emotional and spiritual aspects of yoga led her to Southwest Institute of Healing Arts where she completed her 200 hour registered yoga teacher certification in 2011.
Gina feels that a regular yoga practice is beneficial to every body and should be made available regardless of ability, experience, or income. She enjoys teaching Anusara style classes inspired by a heartfelt theme. She is dedicated to helping students reveal their innate goodness and to enhancing the beauty and divine qualities they already possess. Her vision is to create a sense of community within her students and the world around her.
