Through a structured guided meditation we’ll create a healthy connection between the mind and body for an overall state of wellness and deep relaxation. We will spend 60 minutes asking the conscious mind to step aside and let the subconscious mind come forward to help unlock our gifts, our truth and deep internal wisdom. Basic breathing techniques and a body scan to release muscle tension will be employed to solicit our relaxation response. Bring your mat and this class is open to ALL LEVELS. Topics will change weekly.
This class is designed to meet the needs of pregnancy and beginnings of motherhood. Come strengthen and relax your body, ease your mind and connect with your baby in a safe and supportive environment. Feel inspired and nourished in a community of women sharing the experience of pregnancy and birth. Translated as “Yogic Sleep”, Yoga Nidra is a practice of guided meditation that uses a full integration of breath, body and mind. From a supine position with the eyes closed we work towards the release of deeply held emotions and tensions in the body; helping to create the vibrant, happy and empowered life we all deserve.
A practice that promotes deep healing to the nervous system. Through supported floor postures you will release toxins, breathe easier and sleep better. For our stressed out modern day living this is “must- have” information and techniques. Your immune system will recover and life will feel restored again.
Adding to all of the benefits of a restorative yoga practice, this class is enhanced with deep stretching to begin. You’ll be guided through a process that lengthens the muscles first-to release tension, and then incorporate the healing aspects of quieting the mind.
A gentle practice consisting of passive seated postures with long holds (3 mins and up). The focus is on the deeper layers of the body, connective tissue and the joints, allowing for the release of deep-rooted toxins and an increased flow of prana.
A perfect blend of release and relaxation. The first portion of the class is yin postures focused to release blocked energies and tension held in the body. The second part of the class is a full yoga nidra session to plant positive seeds of intention to manifest what you want for your life, as well as deeply rejuvenate and heal the body, mind and spirit.
YinYasa combines the energetic aspects of Yin (passive) and Yang (active) to bring overall balance to the body, mind and spirit. The class starts with Yin to open the body and relax the mind, and then seamlessly transitions into a gentle flow to facilitate toxin release and Prana movement. Pranayama techniques are a primary focus.
We will begin with a long slow warm up, followed by simple postures to explore your personal range of motion, and end with a generous Savasana (final pose).  This softer approach will focus on repetition for a sense of familiarity, leaving more of your attention for the breath work.  Nurture yourself with this gentle class that is suitable for all levels.
Where the connection begins. The connection between mind and body and breath. Step in the door and step into your true nature. Our expert instructors will take you through a well-rounded practice with a heavy emphasis on safety and modifications for each person. Leave your fears behind and welcome the beginning of something bountiful.

A journey through mindful movement with an deliberately slower rhythm. Emphasizing the importance of the breath to transform your spirit, this is one of our signature classes. Move with fluidity and grace to find your personal practice.

This is a dynamic and physically challenging practice that will infuse devotion (BHAKTI) into the practice with mantra and kirtan to raise the vibration.  From the top we jump right in with several Sun Salutations followed by a shorter, yet strong, standing section.  This allots precious time for finishing floor postures and dedicated pranayama/meditation.  This well-rounded class is designed to bring you into a deeper state of Self-love, steadiness and ease. Recommended for the intermediate/advanced student.
