Jen first discovered yoga in March of 2003 at a time when she was searching for a way to create balance in her life. The immediate physical benefits as well as the mindfulness that her yoga practice brought to her life inspired her to take her practice to a deeper level. Under the direction of Malachi Melville she completed her 200 hour Teacher Training through YogaWorks.
She has been teaching yoga since 2009 with a passion for teaching beginner level students. Her classes will allow students to receive the time and support it takes to understand proper alignment and breathing techniques in a safe environment where they feel supported and can let their spirits shine.
Jen enjoys practicing yin, gentle flow, restorative and is always up for a good basics class. Forever a student, she enjoys learning from her mentors and peers through her daily practice and embraces every opportunity to continue her education through workshops and trainings.
Off the mat Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, cooking delicious meals to share with her family and friends.
