The yoga postures, deep breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques positively impact the quality of your pregnancy and birth
experience. The benefits of a regular prenatal yoga practice include: strengthens the uterus and pelvic muscles, improves circulation, aids in digestion, exercises the spine, and increases overall comfort. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.
